To meet the need for passports, the Clay County recorder's office will say open until 6:30 p.m. on the third and fourth Tuesdays of each month through March.
During the extended hours, the recorder's office will process passport applications, birth certificates and marriage license applications. For more information, call (218) 299-5031.
