Freedom Resource Center for Independent Living Inc. will hold its annual meeting Thursday at the NDSU Alumni Center, 1241 N. University Drive, Fargo. The board meeting starts at 5 p.m. followed by social time at 5:30 and a banquet at 6.
Keynote speaker will be Sen. Tim Mathern, D-Fargo. Awards will be given for Advocate of the Year, retiring board member and volunteer recognition.
Freedom Resource Center is a nonprofit organization with a mission to work toward equality and inclusion for people with disabilities through programs of empowerment, community education and systems change.
