The Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber of Commerce supports North Dakota Measure 1, according to a statement released.
The proposed constitutional amendment would establish a permanent savings account, called a Legacy Fund, using 30 percent of the state's oil and gas tax revenue.
The chamber board took a position in favor of a similar measure in July 2008 and reaffirmed its support of this year's measure, which it described as "a more balanced approach to saving and spending."
