The Fargo Military Entrance Processing Station will conduct a change of command ceremony at 11 a.m. Friday.
During the ceremony, Maj. Brian Kalk, U.S. Marine Corps, will succeed Maj. Todd Fey, U.S. Marine Corps. The guest speaker will be Capt. Patricia Drislane, U.S. Navy, Headquarters, Western Sector Commander, United States Military Entrance Processing Command.
