BISMARCK - Bond is set at $1,500 for a Bismarck child- care provider accused of abusing a 2-year-old boy in his care.
Jeremy Bounting, 27, allegedly hit the boy in the face several times when the child wouldn't stop fussing.
Human Services officials say Bounting runs a child-care business out of his apartment.
Bounting has not yet entered a plea to the charge.
