MOORHEAD - Clay County authorities say an accident near Sabin Thursday night has not turned fatal.

The identities of three male juveniles injured in the one-car rollover at 80th Avenue South and 50th Street have not yet been released.

Clay County Chief Deputy Matt Siiro said the names could not be released because the accident is still under investigation. He cited a Minnesota statute which protects open investigations of crimes.

"We don't know if we're going to charge anybody or not yet," Siiro said.

Siiro said he is hoping to release more information soon, as speculation of the boys' conditions is circulating on social media sites.

One of the boys was taken by helicopter to Sanford Health in Fargo. The two other boys were taken by ambulance to Essentia Health.
