Lauri Askelson, Chris Kleven and Andy Knoll have joined the residential real estate division of Coldwell Bank First Realty-Encore, Fargo, as sales associates.
Askelson, Lake Park, Minn., has more than 18 years of sales experience in the Fargo-Moorhead and lakes area.
Kleven, Fargo, previously worked as the regional sales manager for Crop 1 Insurance, covering North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. He has more than 13 years of sales experience.
Knoll, Fargo, will work with residential property. He previously worked 11 years in the F-M area property management. He also worked more than 13 years with Coldwell Banker Burnet, Edina, Minn.
