Sarah Topp has reached the top of her game.
The Concordia College junior has been named a Cross-Examination Debate Association Academic All-American. Topp is one of only 30 recipients from across the United States who received the award.
Recipients must demonstrate personal qualities that show understanding of the role of intercollegiate debate in a liberal education.
They also should show evidence of success and good conduct in debate, classroom excellence and a commitment to the community.
