MOORHEAD — Concordia College will be reflecting on the life and influence of Martin Luther King Jr. on Monday, Jan. 21.
Events throughout the day include two keynote speeches; one at 10:30 a.m. by Tara Setmayer, political commentator and former GOP communications director, and another at 2:30 p.m. by Frank Leon Roberts, educator and political organizer for the Black Lives Matter movement.
A panel discussion at 7 p.m. includes the keynote speakers joined by Edward Valandra, advisor to Living Justice Press and founder and Research Fellow for the Community for the Advancement of Native Studies and Faith Ngunjiri, director of Concordia’s Lorentzsen Center for Faith and Work.
