GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- Ralph Engelstad Arena is rolling out a shuttle bus service to replace parking spaces destined for new development.
The University of North Dakota is leasing out an unpaved parcel of land north of the arena where people usually park for events.
To make up the estimated 1,000 lost parking spots, the arena is offering shuttles to and from a large UND parking lot near Memorial Stadium.
The service is planned to start Sunday night for the Reba McEntire concert.
