FARGO - A busy intersection here will reopen all lanes after having a majority of its lanes closed during the construction season.
Throughout the weekend, work crews will be removing all traffic cones and traffic restrictions at the intersection of 25th Street and 13th Avenue South. The construction project will come to a close for the winter and will resume in the spring.
A permanent center median, as well as concrete pavement repairs, will be included in the remaining phases of the project.
