First Avenue North between Third and Seventh streets in Moorhead will be closed starting Monday.
Construction will begin on a temporary flood wall.
The road will be closed from 9 a.m. Monday to 3 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25.
Traffic is advised to use Center/NP Avenue as an alternative route to and from Fargo during construction.
