PIERRE, S.D. — The South Dakota Department of Health on Tuesday, June 30, reported 48 new positive cases of COVID-19.
Tuesday's report brings the total number of cases to 6,764. Active cases are at 801, down six from Monday. Current hospitalizations are at 62, down eight from Monday.
The death toll from COVID-19 remained the same at 91 on Tuesday.
Recoveries increased to 5,872, up 54 from Monday.
A total of 631 tests were completed, as reported on Tuesday.
