Yoga Class at Jasper Hotel in Downtown Fargo

On Sunday I took in a relaxing Yoga Flow class at Jasper Hotel, lead by Regina Thiel. This class is a great way to start the day and the sun beamed in through the 5th floor terrace of the hotel in downtown. 5:45pm: Yoga Inversion Workshop | Downtown Yoga | Register Here


Downtown Yoga is offering an inversion workshop with instructor, David Triptow. Learn both beginner and intermediate arm balances and inversions like handstands, forearm stands, crow pose and more. All levels are welcome to this judgement-free, nurturing environment where David will go over proper positioning and progressions to work your up to each pose.

7pm: Wine, Women & Wellness | Downtown Yoga | Register Here

Check out Strive Chiropractic for Wine, Women & Wellness. Join them for their 12th annual ladies night out event. What to read next
COVID-19 hospitalizations in South Dakota rose seven to 411 on Friday, a total not seen since the late 2020 COVID-19 surge, in mid-December of that year. Meanwhile, active COVID-cases continue a four-day slide, dropping 1,106 to 33,647.
More than 13,100 new positive cases were reported in the last week, and as of Thursday, Jan. 27, North Dakota's 14-day rolling positivity rate was 19.61%.
COVID-19 testing and analyses of wastewater samples from cities around North Dakota indicate the omicron wave is at or near a peak, although trends vary around the state.
The state has passed a peak of new infections driven by the omicron variant, but a backlog of positive tests is keeping daily numbers high.
