This week has been a great week of wellness events and it's only Thursday! As I had mentioned in the last episode, this week is the birthday celebration at Fly Fitness Studio in Downtown Fargo.

We kicked off the week on Monday with a Hip Hop Cycle Class at Fly Fitness. The class was dancing to the tunes before class even started! The next day, I stopped in at Fly Fitness again for a delicious Agua Fresca from Crisp & Green. Remember, your first class is always free! Click here for the Fly Fitness class schedule .
