David Crockett has been named to U.S. Bank's southeast North Dakota regional board which includes Fargo, Moorhead, Lisbon, Valley City and Wahpeton.
Crockett taught finance and insurance courses for 20 years and managed a construction company for eight years.
He was dean of the College of Management at Metropolitan State University in 1991, before coming to Minnesota State University Moorhead in 1993 as dean of the College of Business and Industry. He became vice president for administrative affairs in 1995. In addition, Crockett was appointed dean of Business and Industry in 2004.
Crockett earned his bachelor's degree and his doctorate degree from the University of Iowa, Iowa City.
