Daily Bread has sold out its Chefs' Gala & Auction, scheduled for Wednesday in the Fargo's Ramada Plaza Suites Crystal Ballroom
The eighth annual event will be from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. with 625 guests expected to attend.
Daily Bread collects surplus meals and perishable food items from more than 50 local restaurants, hotels, schools, colleges, hospitals, grocery stores and food service providers and distributes it to more than 40 food pantries, homeless shelters, soup kitchens and other charitable feeding programs in the Fargo-Moorhead area.
