Daily News hires managing editor

WAHPETON, N.D. - Scott Nulph, who graduated from high school here and went on to work at newspapers in Wyoming and Iowa, has returned to take the job of managing editor of the Daily News of Wahpeton-Breckenridge.

WAHPETON, N.D. - Scott Nulph, who graduated from high school here and went on to work at newspapers in Wyoming and Iowa, has returned to take the job of managing editor of the Daily News of Wahpeton-Breckenridge.

Nulph succeeds Karen Speidel, who left the newspaper last month.

Nulph was the sports editor at the Daily News from 1989 to 1998. He then went to work for the Wyoming Tribune-Eagle, and to the Ames (Iowa) Tribune.
