The Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch has hired Jane Brown as its first chief operations officer.
She will be charged with overseeing Ranch programs and Dakota Family Services in Fargo, Bismarck and Minot, N.D., where she is based.
Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch is a faith-based social service agency with residential treatment programs for youths ages 10 to 17. Dakota Family Services serves families with outpatient mental health services.
