The North Dakota Department of Transportation will begin installation of a Weigh-In-Motion site Thursday on the westbound lanes of I-94 between Fargo and West Fargo, according to a news release.
The weigh station installation should be completed by Tuesday, weather permitting.
Speeds will be reduced to 45 mph through the work zone. Fines now start at $80 for motorists speeding through construction zones.
