A Stark County, N.D., sheriff's deputy and his mother arrested at the recent Kenny Chesney Fargodome concert pleaded not guilty Wednesday to misdemeanor charges stemming from the incident.
Justin Krohmer was asked to leave after vomiting on people in front of him, but he refused to do so, said Fargo police Sgt. Mark Lykken. Krohmer's family intervened, and his mother, Susan Krohmer, who is the wife of the Ada, Minn., police chief, physically pushed officers, Lykken said.
Justin Krohmer pleaded not guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and resisting a police officer. Susan Krohmer pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct.
Both are scheduled to appear again in Cass County District Court on Oct. 20.
