The 5k run/one-mile walk to benefit the American Diabetes Association will begin at 8 a.m. July 26 at Dilworth Elementary School, 108 Main St. N.
Awards in the 5k run will be given to the first three female and male finishers overall, the first three female and male finishers in each of the eight age groups, and the first female and male finishers from each D.H.S. graduating class.
Awards in the one-mile walk will be given to the first three female and male finishers overall. All finishers in both events will receive medals.
Participants will receive free food and drink donated by Moorhead Coca-Cola Bottling and Hornbacher's.
Registration is $12 before June 1 and includes a T-shirt. Registration after June 1 until 7:45 a.m. the day of the race is $15 and includes a T-shirt while supplies last.
