Aaron Sorenson, Rich Frank and Jolene Backlund have joined Diamond Municipal Solutions, a Fargo company specializing in municipality and utility software applications.
Sorenson joins as a channel manager responsible for managing the company's business partners in the United States. He previously worked 16 years for Microsoft, Fargo, in sales, business development and partner management. He graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Frank is an implementation trainer responsible for internal/external training program content, development and delivery. He previously worked as a professional services support engineer for Microsoft Business Solutions.
Backlund joins as a pre/post technical sales analyst responsible for partner and customer presales assistance and implementations. She previously worked for DFC Consultants and Business Microvar, Fargo, as a consultant. She graduated from the University of Minnesota, Morris.
