Paul Wilson has been named CEO of the DMS Health Group and Nat Geissel has been promoted to president of DMS Health Technologies, a primary business unit of the company.
DMS Health Group is a national diagnostic imaging and equipment provider headquartered in Fargo and an operating company of Otter Tail Corp.
Wilson was CEO at Innovis Health, Fargo, where he was responsible for overall operations and strategic planning. He also was vice president of operations at Banner Health System, Fargo. He received a master's degree from the University of Minnesota, St. Paul.
Geissel joined DMS Health Technologies in 2000 as senior vice president. He was a vice president at R.P Kincheloe Co., Dallas, overseeing diagnostic-imaging equipment sales and service in Texas and Oklahoma. He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Iowa, Iowa City.
