With temperatures in the 70s, this may not qualify as a dog day of summer, but this evening will certainly be one for the canines.
From 5 to 8 p.m., Moorhead Parks and Recreation is opening up two wading pools for dogs and their owners.
Pooches can splash around at either South Park, 2101 14th St. S., or Northeast Park, 1817 8th Ave. N.
The cost is $2 per dog.
Proceeds will benefit Moorhead's Dog Park at 2600 15th Ave. N.
