Sen. Byron Dorgan, D-N.D., says he's taking another crack at getting a drug re-importation bill passed by Congress.
Dorgan says he's introducing a bill that would allow less expensive drugs from other countries to be imported to the U.S.
He says this country has the highest prescription drug prices in the world - and it's unfair.
Dorgan says the legislation is being co-sponsored by Maine Sen. Olympia Snowe.
