FARGO - Crews removed the head-to-head traffic around 10 a.m. on the Interstate 29 reconstruction project from approximately the County Road 20 Interchange to just north of the Argusville Interchange, the North Dakota Department of Transportation announced today.
Motorists will now be able to travel on both the northbound and southbound roadways but lane closures will still be in place. These lane closures are needed to remove temporary median crossovers that were used to cross the median during construction.
The contractor will also be constructing new temporary median crossovers to use on upcoming projects.
