The driver of a semi that rolled over near Wolverton, Minn., on Nov. 9 is in satisfactory condition at Sanford Medical Center in Fargo.
Michael P. Jirak of Breckenridge, Minn., was driving a semi about noon with a trailer of milk on County Road 30 when the truck rolled.
Jirak was seriously injured and taken by LifeFlight to Sanford.
He had been in critical condition late last week, but was listed in satisfactory condition as of Friday morning, Sanford representatives said.
