FARGO - The Southeast Regional DUI Task Force is scheduled to conduct an increased DUI enforcement effort starting Friday and lasting through June 17, the Cass County Sherriff's Office stated in a news release.
The goal is to deter the public from driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs as well as to keep North Dakota roads safe for drivers, the release stated.
The Regional DUI Task Force includes the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Steele, Traill, Cass, Ransom Sargent and Richland sheriff's departments and Fargo, West Fargo, University of North Dakota, Lisbon and Wahpeton police departments.
