An East Grand Forks, Minn., woman was listed in serious condition this morning at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks after a two-vehicle collision Sunday night eight miles south of Grand Forks.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Tara Nelson, 18, was stopped just before 6:30 p.m. on the exit ramp of Interstate 29 at Highway 15. As she crossed to enter the northbound exit ramp, her 2002 Pontiac Grand Am was struck on the left rear door by a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Kenneth Miller, 24, of rural Thompson, N.D.
