The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission will hold a public seminar on federal labor and employment laws Thursday at the Red River Inn and Conference Center, 600 20th Ave. S., Moorhead.
The program will provide information about the current state of employment law and how to avoid common pitfalls. It is designed for attorneys, employers, small-business owners, human resources personnel, supervisors, managers and labor union representatives.
Topics will include an overview of EEOC and current developments in federal and state labor and employment anti-discrimination laws.
