ENDERLIN, N.D. - A 14-year-old driver was the only person not injured in a crash that sent five oth-ers to the hospital near here Saturday afternoon.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol:
Around 2:30 p.m., Trenten Baumler, 14, of Enderlin, was driving north on 124th Avenue Southeast - a gravel road about 10 miles south of Enderlin - when he crashed into another pickup that was heading west on 55th Street.
The driver of the second truck, 62-year-old Sharon Lund, and her front seat passenger, Heather Lund, 36, were taken by helicopter to Sanford Hospital in Fargo.
Two other passengers in the Lund vehicle, David Lund, 16, and Kierra Lund, 8, were taken by ambulance to Sanford.

The Lunds are from Nome, N.D. Sanford representatives said Sharon Lund is in critical condition as of this afternoon. Other condition reports were not available.
Chase Kemmer, 15, of Enderlin was a passenger in Baumler's vehicle. Kemmer was also injured and taken by ambulance to Lisbon Area Health Services.
The highway patrol said all were conscious at the scene.
Baumler failed to yield at the unmarked intersection and charges are pending, according to a release from the highway patrol.
The crash remains under investigation.
