A former CableOne employee is accused of using a company credit card to buy more than $22,000 in personal items.

Julia A. Puhlman, 35, 2100 21st. Ave. S., Fargo, has been charged with theft by deception in East Central District Court in Fargo.

Court documents say Puhlman, business manager for CableOne until she was fired in October, was issued a company credit card for company use in 1997 and used it to buy hundreds of items. Receipts were folded and torn to hide that they were for personal purchases, documents say.
