Two new volunteers have joined the Service Corps of Retired Executives Association, a group sponsored by the U.S. Small Business Administration.
The new volunteers are: Richard Palmer, Fargo, specialized in industrial and commercial development.
Larry Bratner, Fargo, served as a soil scientist for North Dakota State University.
Palmer and Bratner have more than 30 years of experience.
