The producers of ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" are seeking nominations of an inspiring North Dakota family in need of a new home.
To be eligible, a family must own their own singlefamily home and be able to demonstrate how a makeover will make a huge difference in their lives.
Interested families should e-mail a five-sentence synopsis of their family to casting4@emhe.tv . The subject line should read "North Dakota."
The synopsis should include the names and ages of each household member and a description of the top three things wrong with the home.
The deadline for submissions is Wednesday.
