The family of a Montana man whose body was found near Devils Lake last month is offering a $5,000 reward for information relating to his death.
The body of Russell Turcotte, 19, of Wolf Point, Mont., was found in a grove of trees Nov. 5, about 12 miles northwest of Devils Lake along U.S. Highway 2. Ramsey County authorities are treating the case as a homicide.
"We hope somebody would step forward or give a tip to local authorities," said Michael Turcotte, Russell's brother.
