Fargo's ABF Freight System is one of four customer service centers to receive the company's annual President's Quality Award.
This year's winning facilities are among 286 ABF service centers that compete in the selection process, which gauges resource management, damage/loss prevention, customer satisfaction and other key performance indicators.
The Fargo location includes Bryan Bartz, service center branch manager; Richard Jensen, senior account executive Shawn Bernier, operations supervisor; and Marylou Moen, clerk.
