Trina L. Talma, Fargo, has written a fantasy novel, "Silver and Blood," about the walled city of Morstan and its inhabitants - elves, vampires and shape-shifters, among them.
Talma will appear at the science fiction and fantasy festival, ValleyCon 31, Oct. 21-23, in Fargo.
