Ulteig in Fargo has hired Kelly Larson as a transmission and distribution engineer, Matthew Tesch as an electrical engineer and Pat Johnson as an engineering technician in the firm's energy services sector. Jessica Martin has joined the water/wastewater division as a project engineer.
Larson graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks; Tesch graduated from South Dakota State University, Brookings; Johnson is a graduate of Northland Community and Technical College, Thief River Falls, Minn.; and Martin graduated from North Dakota State University.
