AgCountry Farm Credit Services of Fargo has been awarded the 2006 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award for support of employees serving in the National Guard and Reserve.
AgCountry Farm Credit Services was one of 15 companies nationwide to be recognized and had to be nominated by their employees who are currently serving in the National Guard and Reserve. They also had to demonstrate "exceptional support above the requirements of federal law."
The award is sponsored by the National Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve and is the highest award given to employers by the Department of Defense.
