BISMARCK (AP) - Insurance Commissioner Adam Hamm is cautioning people in the Fargo area to be wary about questionable contractors.
Hamm says his office has received reports of contractors engaging in questionable business practices, after a September 21 hail storm that caused an estimated $55 million in damages.
