FARGO – A jogger was injured Monday when a woman hit him with her car, WDAY-TV reported.

The man, in his 30s, was running near Lincoln Elementary School on the 2100 block of Ninth Street South when he was hit. The 85-year old driver said she was keeping her eye on the children and didn’t see the man, who was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

The driver was cited for failure to have her vehicle under control.
