Fargo police arrested a Fargo man after he threatened and cut another man with a knife early Sunday morning, according to the city's police department.
Kenneth Jerome Johnson, 39, was arrested on possible charges of terrorizing, aggravated assault and drunken driving.
Here is what happened, according to Fargo police:
A man bleeding from a severe cut to his hand flagged down officers a little after2 a.m. Sunday. He told police he was walking when a motorcycle cut him off. The motorcyclist then followed the man into the parking lot at 11 12th St. N.
The operator of the bike approached the victim's vehicle, opened the door and held a knife to the man's throat. The motorcyclist also threatened the man's life.

The victim grabbed the knife and cut his hand.
The motorcycle driver fled the scene, but returned later. He was arrested at that time.
The male victim was treated and released at MeritCare in Fargo.
