FARGO — Deland Jay Myers, of Fargo, is charged in Cass County District Court with one felony count of gross sexual imposition.
According to court documents:
In the early morning of Feb. 10, the victim and Myers, who according to available court information is either 27 or 28, were at a residence with other acquaintances drinking.
The victim fell asleep and woke to find Myers touching her private areas, court papers stated.
Authorities spoke to Myers who denied the incident, court documents show.
