A man was arrested after he allegedly threatened five people with a handgun late Monday night in his south Fargo home, police said.
Joseph Gabriel Heppner, 24, of 215 14th St. S., Fargo, was arrested at his home and faces a charge of terrorizing.
No shots were fired in the incident that happened about 10:30 p.m., according to police Lt. Joel Vettel. A handgun was recovered.
Vettel said there apparently was a verbal altercation that may have escalated into a physical altercation. He said at that point the suspect allegedly retrieved the handgun and threatened the others in the home.
No other arrests were made.
