East Central Judicial District Georgia Dawson sentenced Aaron Murphy Woods to one year, first to serve 60 days, with the remaining time suspended for a period of two years of supervised probation.

Woods, who is still in jail, was given credit for 31 days. His attorney recommended that he receive no additional time.

Woods, 22, told the judge he had been drinking and agreed when she asked if he thought it was "a very stupid idea."
