FARGO - A Fargo man has pleaded guilty to five of 10 criminal charges in connection with a significant cash and drug bust here last November.
Todd Zeller, who is either 47 or 48, pleaded guilty Tuesday in Cass County District Court to one count of felony Class A possession of methamphetamines with intent to deliver, one count of felony Class B possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, and three counts of felony Class C possession of a controlled substance.
Police said Zeller was arrested on the scene after they searched a south Fargo home in November and found a large amount of drugs, including meth, ecstasy, mushrooms and several types of prescription medications, and $9,000 cash.
Zeller was sentenced to a year in prison with credit for 21 days served, and two years of supervised probation. Five other charges against him were dropped.
