FARGO — The Fargo police officer who was injured when his rifle was accidentally discharged during the Radisson shooting has been released from the hospital, according to a Facebook post by police.

Sergeant Matt Ysteboe was flown to North Memorial Health Hospital in Robbinsdale, Minn., a Twin Cities suburb, for surgery on his injured hand after accidentally shooting it with his rifle while setting up a perimeter around the scene of the downtown Fargo shooting on Friday, Nov. 15.
