FARGO - Police here are notifying the public about Carrie Jean Berg, a registered sex offender who is now homeless.

Police said in recent days that Berg was living at the Econo Lodge at 1401 35th St. S., Room 126, in Fargo, but the Fargo Police Department's Facebook page now states she is living in the Wal-Mart parking lot on 13th Avenue South.

Berg, 42, was deemed a high risk to re-offend by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.

Her criminal history includes 2014 convictions in Cass County District Court on two counts of gross sexual imposition. The victims were boys under the age of 15 who were known to her.

She is a lifetime registrant in North Dakota.
