A high-risk registered sex offender is living at 528 27th St. N. in Fargo

Thomas Jose Eppler, also known as Jose Munoz Gutierrez, was convicted of felony sexual assault in Burleigh County (N.D.) District Court in April 2007.

The victim was an adult female acquaintance.

He is either 24 or 25 years old and has convictions in Minnesota and Iowa for burglary, fleeing/eluding, assault and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
